Email deliverability that lands you in the inbox, not spam.
You spent time and money on that email — and it went to spam, or nowhere at all. We fix that. Scorpyns sets up proper authentication, warms your domain, and hand-codes email that renders everywhere, so your transactional and marketing messages reach the inbox.
An email in the spam folder may as well not exist.
You can write the perfect message, design a beautiful campaign, and offer a genuinely great deal — and none of it matters if the email never reaches the inbox. Every day, good businesses lose sales, sign-ups and replies because their email is quietly filed under spam. The reader never even sees it.
The frustrating part is that this is rarely about the words. Providers like Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail decide where an email goes based mostly on trust — can they prove it came from you, and do people actually want your mail? If your domain can't answer "yes" to both, you get punished, no matter how honest your message is.
That is the exact problem we solve. At Scorpyns, we get email into the inbox. We set up the foundations that prove your mail is genuine, repair reputations that have already been damaged, and hand-code email that renders cleanly and doesn't trip spam filters. We've taken designed pamphlets and campaigns that kept landing in spam elsewhere and got them delivered — because we treat deliverability as an engineering job, not a guess.
Everything it takes to reach the inbox.
Email authentication
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI set up correctly, so providers can prove your mail is genuinely from you — the single biggest reason email gets trusted or trashed.
Fixing a spam problem
Already going to spam? We diagnose exactly why — authentication, reputation, content or list — and repair it, so your email reaches people again.
Domain & IP warm-up
New domain or sending platform? We warm it up gradually with a clear schedule, so providers learn to trust you instead of flagging a sudden spammer.
HTML email development
Hand-coded templates that render everywhere — Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, phones — and are built clean, so they load fast and don't look like spam to a filter.
Transactional email
Receipts, password resets, order updates and alerts that must arrive every single time. We set up a reliable stream so your critical mail is never lost.
Marketing & campaigns
Newsletters, campaigns and designed pamphlets that land in the inbox — with the authentication, list hygiene and content care that keeps you out of the spam folder.
A full deliverability setup, not half of one.
Deliverability breaks when one piece is missing, so we cover the whole picture — records, reputation, code and checking — as standard.
- SPF record — set up and cleaned so only your real senders are allowed.
- DKIM signing — a cryptographic signature that proves your mail wasn't tampered with.
- DMARC policy — moved carefully from monitoring to full enforcement without blocking real mail.
- BIMI & verified logo — your brand logo shown next to your email, where providers support it.
- Reverse DNS & return-path — the quieter alignment checks that filters look for.
- Sending domain plan — subdomains that keep marketing and transactional mail apart.
- Warm-up schedule — a step-by-step ramp so new domains and IPs earn trust safely.
- Cross-provider testing — seed tests across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and Yahoo.
- Hand-coded HTML templates — mobile-friendly email that renders the same everywhere.
- Plain-text & preheader — the parts most people skip that filters actually reward.
- List hygiene — bounce, complaint and unsubscribe handling that protects your reputation.
- Inbox-placement reporting — plain-language proof of where your email is landing.
We send our own email, and it lands.
Deliverability is full of confident advice from people who've never had to fix a broken domain under pressure. We have. Scorpyns builds and runs its own products and sends its own transactional and marketing email — so authentication, warm-up and reputation are daily work for us, not theory from a blog post.
We fix causes, not symptoms. Anyone can paste in an SPF record. We find out why your mail is really failing — and fix that — so the problem doesn't quietly come back next month.
We speak plainly. SPF, DKIM, DMARC and reputation can sound like a foreign language. We explain what's wrong and what we're doing in words that make sense, so you stay in control of your own domain.
We're remote-first and worldwide. This job is done entirely over DNS, sending platforms and shared documents. We work with startups and established companies anywhere, across time zones, with clear communication and a fixed scope.
From spam folder to inbox.

Plan
You get a fixed scope in plain words: what we'll fix, in what order, and what to expect — before any work starts.
Authenticate & fix
We set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI, repair reputation issues, clean the list and build any templates you need.
Warm up & test
We ramp sending gradually and run seed tests across providers, watching where your mail lands and adjusting.
Monitor & hand over
We set up ongoing reporting, hand you clear documentation, and make sure you own every record and account.
Standard tools, set up properly.
We work with the same trusted standards and platforms the biggest senders rely on — the difference is in how carefully they're configured.
Deliverability, explained without the jargon.
Getting into the inbox isn't magic — it comes down to a handful of things done well. Here's what matters, in plain terms, so you know what we're fixing and why.
Why good email still lands in spam
Mail providers get billions of messages a day, most of it unwanted, so they lean on trust. Before your email is even read, the provider asks two quiet questions: can we prove this really came from the domain it claims, and do people who get this sender's mail usually want it? If the answer to either is "not really", your email is filtered to spam or blocked. Fixing deliverability means making both answers a confident "yes".
SPF, DKIM and DMARC, explained simply
These three records are how you prove your email is genuine — think of them as ID for your domain. SPF is a public list of who's allowed to send on your behalf, so a provider can spot an imposter. DKIM adds an invisible signature that proves the message wasn't changed in transit. DMARC ties the two together, tells providers what to do when a check fails, and sends you reports on who is sending in your name. Gmail and Yahoo now effectively require all three from anyone sending in volume. We set them up carefully, moving DMARC from monitoring to full protection without ever blocking your real mail.
BIMI and your logo in the inbox
Once your authentication is strong, BIMI lets your brand logo appear next to your emails in supporting inboxes. It's a small touch that makes your mail instantly recognisable and harder to fake — and a visible reward for having authentication done right. We handle the setup, including the verified mark where it's needed.
Warming up a new domain
Reputation is earned slowly. If a brand-new domain suddenly blasts out thousands of emails, providers read that as classic spammer behaviour and clamp down. So we warm up gradually — small batches to your most engaged readers first, then more volume as each provider learns your mail is wanted. It's the difference between a domain trusted for years and one burned in a week.
HTML email that renders everywhere
Email isn't a web page. Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and dozens of phone apps all read email code differently, so a template that looks perfect in one inbox can fall apart in another. We hand-code email to work across all of them, and keep the code clean and light — which also helps deliverability, because the bloated code drag-and-drop builders produce is exactly what spam filters distrust.
Fixing a reputation that's already damaged
Sometimes the problem isn't setup — it's history. A hacked account, a bought list, a spam-trap hit or months of sending to dead addresses can drag a domain down. We find the cause first, clean your list, set up proper authentication, then rebuild trust with a careful warm-up. We're honest about the timeline: some reputations recover in weeks, and sometimes the fastest route is a fresh, properly warmed subdomain.
We build senders — and we send.
Scorpyns runs its own products and growth platforms, so authentication, warm-up and reputation are everyday work. We've taken designed campaigns that kept landing in spam elsewhere and got them into the inbox. Proof beats promises.
Deliverability questions, answered simply.
Why do my emails keep going to spam?
It's rarely one thing. Usually your domain isn't properly authenticated, so providers can't prove the email came from you. Sometimes the domain's reputation is poor, the email code is messy, the words trip a filter, or you're sending to old addresses that bounce and complain. We check all of these, find the real causes, and fix them in order so your email reaches the inbox.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and do I need all three?
They're three records you add to your domain that together prove your email is genuine. SPF lists who's allowed to send for you. DKIM adds a signature showing the message wasn't changed on the way. DMARC ties the two together and tells providers what to do with fakes. Yes, you want all three — together they're what Gmail, Outlook and the rest now expect from any serious sender.
Can you fix a domain that already has a bad sending reputation?
Often, yes. We find out why the reputation dropped — bad authentication, a spam trap, a hacked account, or a stale list — and fix the cause first. Then we clean the list, set up proper authentication, and rebuild trust slowly with a warm-up plan. Some damage takes weeks to undo, and we'll tell you honestly whether repairing the domain or moving to a fresh sending subdomain is faster.
Do you handle both marketing emails and transactional emails?
Yes. Transactional email — receipts, resets, order updates and alerts — must arrive every time, so we usually keep it on its own sending stream. Marketing email — newsletters, campaigns and designed pamphlets — needs the same authentication plus careful list hygiene and content that doesn't look like spam. We set both up properly and keep them separated, so a marketing problem never sinks your receipts.
What is domain warm-up and how long does it take?
Warm-up means starting slow. If a new domain suddenly sends thousands of emails, providers treat it as suspicious and file it as spam. So we start with small, engaged batches and raise the volume gradually while watching how each provider responds. A basic warm-up takes about two to four weeks; a larger programme takes longer. We give you a clear schedule up front.
Do you code the emails too, or just the setup?
Both. We hand-code HTML email templates that render correctly in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo and on phones — the places most templates break. Clean, well-built code is also less likely to trip a spam filter than the bloated code many drag-and-drop tools produce. We can build one reusable template system or code individual campaigns, whatever fits your work.
Do you work with international or remote clients?
Yes. Scorpyns is a remote-first studio and we work with clients worldwide, across time zones. Email deliverability is a fully remote job — we work with your DNS, your sending platform and your team over calls and shared documents. Whether you're a startup or an established company, and wherever you're based, we can help.
How do you measure inbox placement, so I know it's working?
We don't guess. We run seed tests that send your email to real inboxes across the major providers and show where it lands — inbox, promotions or spam. We read your DMARC reports, watch Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft's signals, and track bounces and complaints. You get plain-language reporting on inbox placement, so you can see the change for yourself.
