9. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 24/7 availability, Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

Scorpyns will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Scorpyns, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.
