Create and update offers on Bol.com from your WooCommerce products: EAN, price, delivery promise, condition, stock
Separate Bol.com price and delivery time per product (commission and buy-box logic differ from your own shop)
Include/exclude products per channel; bulk enable by category
Content (title, description, images, attributes) pushed to Bol.com's content API where your products aren't already in their catalogue

Stock — both directions

One stock level: a sale on either channel reduces it on both within minutes
Safety margin per product ("keep 2 back for the shop")
Handles Bol.com's stock reservations and cancellations correctly, so you don't oversell on a pending order

Bol.com orders imported as WooCommerce orders with a channel flag, Bol.com order ID and the customer's shipping data
Correct VAT treatment and a proper invoice from your shop's numbering (Bol.com requires you to invoice the customer)

Plugin or custom?

There are plugins (WooCommerce Bol.com connectors from several vendors, and multi-channel tools like ChannelEngine, Shopgate, EffectConnect). They're fine when your needs are standard and you're happy with a monthly fee.

Do I need a Bol.com Zakelijk account first?

Yes — a seller account with API access enabled. We help you generate the API credentials.

How fast is the stock sync?

Near-real-time on order events; a full reconciliation every 15 minutes by default. Configurable.

What about products Bol.com already has in its catalogue?

You link to the existing EAN and only supply offer data. For new products we push content to Bol.com for approval.

Can it handle multiple Bol.com accounts or countries (NL and BE)?

Yes. Bol.com Belgium is the same API; we configure per-country delivery promises and prices.

Will Bol.com orders confuse my WooCommerce reports?

They're tagged by channel so you can report on shop vs Bol.com separately, and excluded from shop-only promotions or emails.
