Sumittar Bhullar is a grassroots leader in Gadarpur, Uttarakhand. People in the area know his face and his work, but online there was no single, trusted place that told his story or explained what he stands for. When someone wanted to learn about him, or check if a claim was really from him, there was nowhere honest to point them.

There was a second, bigger problem. Local people often have real issues — a broken road, a water problem, a service that is not reaching them. But raising those issues meant chasing the right person, hoping a message got through, and then never knowing if anything moved. Good problems got lost simply because there was no easy way to report them.

He needed one online home that solved both things at once. It had to speak to people in their own language, feel trustworthy, and give ordinary citizens a clear, simple way to raise a problem and be heard — without needing to know anyone or stand in any line.

We began with a simple question: what does an ordinary person, standing in Gadarpur with a problem, actually need? The answer shaped everything. The site had to be in their language, work on the phone in their hand, and let them raise an issue without feeling lost or judged. So we kept the words plain and the steps few.

The grievance flow was the heart of the build. We designed it to feel like a short, kind conversation rather than a government form — asking only what is needed to understand the problem. Building it in two languages from the start meant no one is left out because of the words on the screen.

Because Scorpyns both built and runs this site, we did not hand over a file and walk away. We stay on the tools — keeping it fast, fixing what needs fixing, and improving the grievance system as real people use it. That ongoing care is part of how we work.

Sumittar Bhullar now has a clear online home that people can trust. When someone wants to know who he is or what he stands for, there is one honest place to send them — in the language they read best, on the phone they already use.

More importantly, local people finally have a simple door to knock on. Instead of chasing the right person or hoping a message lands, they can raise a problem in a few plain steps and know it has reached someone.
